We collect the following types of information when you use the App:

a. Personal Information

Name
Phone number
Password
Location details including:
- District
- Vidhan Sabha Constituency
- Village

b. Face Recognition (Photo Search)

Users may voluntarily capture a selfie to search for their photos within the App.
This selfie is not stored by us.
The image is processed in real-time using AWS Rekognition to match against photos uploaded by the App administrator.
Only matching results are shown to the user.

c. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not store profile photos
We do not track device information
We do not store user-uploaded selfies

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect user data solely for:

Creating and managing user accounts
Enabling login and authentication
Providing access to app features such as photo search

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase (Google) – for authentication and database management
Amazon Web Services (AWS) – for storage (S3) and face recognition (Rekognition)
Expo Services – for app infrastructure
Render – for backend hosting

These services may process data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Data Storage and Location

Data is stored securely using Firebase and AWS services
AWS infrastructure used: ap-south-1 (India region)

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable and industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
